Hand pulled etching of a bee with two layers of paper providing additional color and texture via the chine collé method of simultaneously collaging and printing using the press. Placing the delicate sheer white paper atop the more opaque yellow allows for an effect of seeing the body through the wing. The image size is 3" x 3" (7.5 cm x 7.5 cm) on acid-free BFK Rives cotton rag paper that is 6" x 6" (15 cm x 15 cm).
